This time of year is busy. We get all “wrapped” up (see what I did there :)) with the stress of the holidays, the parties, the cocktails, the gift giving and checking things off of our to-do list, that some days it just feels easier to give up doing the things that make US feel our best and start over in January.

How many of you have done that? I know I have!

I'm a mom to 5 month old CJ and 7 year old twin boys, Michael and Drew and much like the hundreds of women I work with online, I am doing my best at trying to balance family, fitness, nutrition and fun!

Maybe we skip our workouts, or we allow the “all-or-nothing” mindset to get the best of us, and we end up starting the New Year feeling yucky.

If you’re like me, the last thing you need this time of year another “challenge”. I don’t need to put any more pressure on myself that I already do to get shit done, but I know I could use a little support, accountability and community to make sure I’m taking care of myself!

This is what the HOLIDAY SWING is all about.

It’s about not waiting until after the holidays to make ourselves a priority. 

Now, believe me, I’m not going to tell you to skip the cocktails or pass on your favorite Christmas cookies! But I WILL remind you that throwing in the towel for the entire month of December eating and drinking your face off and sitting on your butt the entire month typically doesn’t end well. Believe me, I’ve been there. 

So this year, let’s try a different way. 

Instead of giving up, we’re going to #juststart.

This month will be about motivation, movement, mindset and mingling in our closed Facebook group 😉

Here's the Deal:

Most coaches and programs are challenging us to get in more workouts, to skip our dessert and pass on the cocktails over the holidays. But lets be real and agree life is too short for this shit. 

Adding another fitness “challenge” seems good in theory, but they also have the potential to leave us feeling like we’ve already “ruined it” when life happens and we miss a scheduled workout or decide that we actually WANT to eat the damn Christmas cookies. 

Then we throw in the towel and “just wait until after the holidays” to get started….been there? I certainly know I have.

Since starting my online coaching group back in 2014, I ran holiday challenges….and I know from experience after working with THOUSANDS of women, we need a different strategy. 

What should I expect after completing the Holiday SWING?

You can expect to feel proud of yourself for NOT waiting until the New Year to take care of yourself!

You can expect to have had a FUN and FESTIVE holiday season, without the guilt!

You can expect to feel great in your clothes and how your body is performing in workouts.

Who is this program NOT for?

The SWING is not for women who want to deprive themselves of the things they love during this very social time of year.

It is not for the woman who wants to count calories, macros, points, or follow a specific meal plan or diet.

It is not for the woman who wants to do "double cardio" after a night out, or the woman who wants to "get it all in" before starting over on January 1st.

 

This year is going to be different. 

Instead of giving up and giving in we are going to #juststart.
