Inchworm Push-ups – 3 x 3 + Mountain Climbers x 24
Rear Elevated Split Squat x 10-12 + Split Squat Jumps x 24
Single Leg Deadlift Row x 8ea leg + Burpees x 10
4 rounds through. If you don’t have weights at home, increase reps to 15-20 or :45 each exercise.
