One of the biggest challenges my clients face is staying consistent with their diet and continually making choices that are in line with their goals.

In today’s video blog, I share the one thing that has helped my clients, as well as myself, stay on track!

(And don’t mind the random net lying on the floor (oops)! I was so concerned with clearing away all of the boys’ toys from the floor and table that I missed that little net. Dammit!)
