February: Re-Set or Make New Goals!

January is almost over! Yippee! How are you doing on your January goals? Now is a good time to re-set those January goals if you need to, or make some new ones for February!

My February (or last week of January going into February) goal is to do more meal planning on the weekend and actually try to cook more…which my husband will greatly appreciate since he always does the majority of it! I got inspired by this really cool blog that I’m obsessed with Carrots n’ Cake. You have to check it out if you haven’t already. Everything she makes seems so easy and looks so delicious! I had every intention of starting my new goal today. I even went to the store last night to buy ground turkey and avocado…but I forgot celery…and you can’t make a turkey meatloaf or egg salad without celery, so I’ll have to start tomorrow!

Here is link to the recipe I’m using for the Turkey Meatloaf Muffins. It was given to me by my client Daniella…so if you make them and they stink, blame her 😉

The Egg Salad isn’t really a recipe, it’s just substituting avocado for mayo! Great way to get in some healthy fats and it probably tastes just as good if not better than the real way. I totally stole this recipe AND picture off of Carrots n’ Cake’s website…..can’t wait to try it!
