The Lean in ’14 Private Coaching Group Membership is for anyone looking to learn how to live “The Lean Life”. I will provide you with the tools you will need to get fit and lose fat LONG-TERM.
Monthly Membership Includes:
- Weekly workout schedule to follow for the month.
- No less than 3 Fat burning workouts per month that can be done at home or at the gym (with video demonstrations of all exercises). Modifications will be given for both the beginner and advanced exerciser.
- 3 Fat burning HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workouts per month.
- 2 simple, fat loss recipes per month, plus archived recipes.
- Grocery Shopping List
- Food lists and sample meal plans designed for fat loss.
- THE MOST VALUABLE ASPECT OF THE PROGAM – Direct access to me via a closed Facebook group for general questions, support, accountability, motivation and encouragement.
