Anyway, I woke up bright and early and figured I’d might as well get a workout in while my husband was still sleeping, so I headed to the hotel’s gym.
I grabbed a set of 15lb db’s and did this circuit 4x.
Squat to Shoulder Press x 12
Plank Rows x 6ea
Alternating Fwd. Lunge with tap x 6e
Push ups x 12
Squat to Bicep Curls x 12
Burpees with weights (I dropped to 8s) x 12
Stiff legged Deadlift x 12 (back to 15’s)
Followed it up with 5 sprints on the treadmill:
Incline @ 10% Speed at 8 – :45 on :45 off
I was DYING. Very well could’ve been due to the adult beverages we enjoyed last night, but regardless, it was a great way to start my day. I even got a thumbs up from some random guy who was in the weight room ha!
