The P3 PROJECT

A 14‑Day Habit‑Based Nutrition + Movement Challenge designed to help you feel better, fuel your body, and build momentum — without restriction and extremes that we know don't last.

Protein . Produce. Power

If you're feeling like:

You already know what to do — you just need accountability to actually stick with it.

✔ You’re feeling puffy, bloated, and cravings are at an all-time high
✔ You’re motivated right now, but you want something realistic you can continue when motivation fades (because we know it will)
✔ You’re ready to take strength training seriously this year (or at the very least, learn more about it)
✔ You want to build healthy, lifelong skills — and you understand that real change takes practice

This project is for you.

What is the P3 Challenge?

The P3 Challenge is a simple, structured coaching program that focuses on what most women actually need more of — not less.

After running multiple Protein Project challenges, one thing became very clear: protein is essential, but when it becomes the only focus, fruits, vegetables, and/or intentional movement often take a backseat.

Most women I've worked with shared the same goal during those challenges. They didn’t just want to “eat better.” They wanted to look better, feel stronger, and be more toned. While eating enough protein absolutely helps, nutrition alone isn’t the full picture. To actually change body composition, we need to strength train and move with purpose.

The P3 Project builds on the foundation of Protein Project by layering in those missing pieces: protein, produce, and power, in a way that’s realistic, doable, and designed to use January motivation as momentum, not pressure.

Everything in the P3 Project is anchored around three foundational habits that support healthy habits, muscle, hormones, blood sugar, and energy:

Protein

To stabilize hunger, preserve muscle, support metabolism, and reduce cravings.

Produce

To support digestion, gut health, minerals, micronutrients, and blood sugar balance.

Power

Strength training to feel strong, capable, and confident in your body

The P3 Project Is For You If You Can Say “YES” to At Least 2 of These:

  • You want to tighten things up after the holidays — without going extreme
  • You’re tired of white‑knuckling hunger or cravings
  • You want more stable energy throughout the day
  • You know protein matters… but struggle to hit it consistently
  • You want to feel strong, capable, and powerful again
  • You want structure and accountability — not perfection
  • You’re on (or coming off) a GLP‑1 and want to focus on sustainable, healthy habits

Hey, My Name is Keri Mantie!

I help busy mid-life women simplify nutrition and strength training so they can stay consistent and see results. As a mom to three boys—CJ (8) and 15-year-old twins, Michael and Drew—I understand how challenging it can be to juggle work, family, fitness, and nutrition. That’s why I’ve made it my mission to help busy women create balance while making room for what truly matters—including a little FUN!

With a Master’s degree in Applied Exercise Science, a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology, and over two decades of experience (I trained my first client in 1999!), I combine my education and professional background with my own journey of fitting in strength training while working and "momming." I’ve worked with thousands of women, and I get it—life happens, but results are still possible with the right tools and approach.

These workouts are designed to be short but effective, structured yet flexible, and most importantly—fun!
