2026 SUMMER STRENGTH STREAK
START STRONG. STAY STRONG. ALL SUMMER LONG.
THE STRENGTH STREAK
START STRONG. STAY STRONG. ALL SUMMER LONG.
THE 2026 SUMMER STRENGTH STREAK
Most women over 40 don’t need more information.
They need structure, consistency, and a plan that actually fits their busy schedule, especially over the summer.
The SUMMER Strength Streak is all about:
- Keeping things simple and flexible but strategic, so you don’t feel like you have to “start over” in September
- Staying consistent through one of the hardest seasons for routine
- Following through on the things you already know will help you feel better in your body
- Supporting your body through perimenopause and hormonal shifts with strength training, realistic nutrition, and lifestyle habits that actually work in this season of life. Think less bloating, better energy, deeper sleep, and improved body composition...with a plan you can actually stick to
Every summer I run a consistency challenge within my coaching group and this summer I'm opening up enrollment to those who want to join us!
You can join for one month, or sign up for the quarterly membership and save!
All workouts will be loaded to an easy to use APP, there will be live workout options via Zoom as well as full length recordings. We use a closed FB group for accountability, support and check-ins.
The original goal was 30 workouts over the course of the summer. But if you join now, I don't want you to worry about catching up.
Just start....Because at the end of the day, this isn't about hitting an arbitrary number. It's about becoming someone who strength trains consistently and prioritizes their health without everything needing to be "perfect".
Here's what you get when you join The Strength Streak:
“The problem is not slipping up; the problem is thinking that if you cannot do something perfectly, then you shouldn’t do it at all.” - James Clear
Once you join, you'll get an email from me with more info!
Last year's strength streak was a huge success, so we're bringing it back!
Hey, My Name is Keri Mantie!
I help busy mid-life women simplify nutrition and strength training so they can stay consistent and see results. As a mom to three boys—CJ (almost 9) and 15-year-old twins, Michael and Drew—I understand how challenging it can be to juggle work, family, fitness, and nutrition. That’s why I’ve made it my mission to help busy women create balance while making room for what truly matters—including a little FUN!
With a Master’s degree in Applied Exercise Science, a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology, and over two decades of experience (I trained my first client in 1999!), I combine my education and professional background with my own journey of fitting in strength training while working and "momming." I’ve worked with thousands of women, and I get it—life happens, but results are still possible with the right tools and approach.
These workouts are designed to be short but effective, structured yet flexible, and most importantly—fun!
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS AND INFO:
ENROLLMENT DETAILS
The program is being run within my coaching group. You will have the option to join month to month ($62) to be sure it's a good fit, or commit to the program (and yourself) and choose the quarterly option ($150).
This is a subscription (that is the way my coaching program is set up), so you will be billed either monthly or quarterly on the date in which you joined automatically until you cancel.
ACCESSING WORKOUTS
You will have two ways to access the workouts: 1. My app. 2. My website. After you sign up you will get a couple follow up emails with all the details. Because technology can be a bit of a PIA at times (usually when I open up a program like this), I will also be emailing you the details from my personal email address to be sure you're all set (keri.mantie@gmail.com). The workouts will load to the app tomorrow morning. If you are planning to workout first thing in the morning, you can access tomorrow's workout via the website. If you have any technical difficulties, just shoot me an email!
PROGRAM DETAILS
We will work through 3 strength training workouts each month (titled TB1, TB2 and TB3 (TB stands for Total Body), repeating those workouts for 4 weeks, and aiming to get stronger over the course of the month. This is intentional. To build muscle and change the way your body looks, bouncing around from workout to workout based off of what you "feel like doing" that day isn't going to cut it. I hope you love the workouts, but they are not for your "entertainment". They are to get you consistent so you can get results! These are the exact workouts I do, and will be doing with you, all summer long. We may not love every single one - but they work!
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
You will need at least two sets of dumbbells (ideally three). Llight, medium and heavy-for-you. It is impossible for me to tell you what that will look like for you since we are all at different levels, but I would suggest a set of 8-12lbs for your light set, 12-20lbs for medium and 25-35lbs for your heavy set. Now if you don't have that right now, that is totally fine. You can work with what you have and I am sure to remind you (frequently) that in order to get results you need to challenge yourself. If you can get close to 20 reps with a certain set of dumbbells and you feel like you could continue - they're too light.
You will also need access to a wall, and a yoga block (if you don't have one you can use a thick book or a pillow or pilates ball).
WILL THERE BE PRIZES
There will! In order to be eligible, you will have to keep track of your workouts and post them to our closed FB coaching page OR to the group chat on the app. For example, all you have to do is type: 1/30. 2/30....so on and so forth. This helps you keep track of your workouts and motivates others to continue posting, sharing, tracking. At the end of the summer, everyone who completes 30 workouts will be entered into a drawing. I will pull three names and those winners will ALL win $100 Amazon gift card.
WILL THERE BE LIVE CLASSES?
Yes. I coach 3 live classes each week and I record and upload each one to the app / website. The classes are an extra cost ($15 drop in or $45 unlimited for the month). Live classes are scheduled for M/W/F at 6:45 am.
DO I HAVE TO USE THE FOLLOW ALONG VIDEOS OR CAN I GO AT MY OWN PACE?
You don't have to use the follow-along videos! On the app, all of the individual exercise tutorials are there for you so you can follow the program that way if that's a better fit for you.
WILL I HAVE LIFETIME ACCESS TO THE PROGRAM?
No. You will have access as long as you are a current member.
WHAT IF I AM NOT ON SOCIAL MEDIA?
Totally fine. If you plan to participate in the challenge for prizes, you can post on the group chat right on the app. However, the majority of members do use our FB page.
DO I HAVE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CHALLENGE?
No!
WILL THERE BE WORKOUTS I CAN DO ON VACATION?
Yes. If you're going away in June let me know so I can add! I have them set to load in July.
I HAVE A BUSY SUMMER AND I'M NOT SURE I CAN COMMIT. WHAT WOULD YOU RECOMMEND?
If you don't think you can carve out 35 minutes twice a week, this probably isn't the right fit. And I mean that in the nicest way possible.
Summer is busy for all of us. The women who do well in this challenge - and consistently get their strength training workouts done - aren't the ones with the most free time. They're the ones who decide these workouts are a priority.
I want this group filled with women who are excited to get in 10 workouts a month and are willing to make that commitment to themselves.
We also have SUCH an amazing group of women who really do help hold one another accountable. Whether that's by posting their workouts, creating their own accountability, sharing wins and struggles, or simply cheering each other on, it's a really special group.
IS THIS APPROPRIATE FOR BEGINNERS?
The Summer Strength Streak is geared more toward the intermediate exerciser. Someone who has at least some experience with strength training and is familiar with basic movement patterns and exercises.
If you have absolutely zero strength training experience, I wouldn't recommend starting here. I'd suggest beginning with something more foundational and then joining us for a future challenge once you've built a solid base.
IS THERE ANY NUTRITION COACHING?
Not directly. This program is primarily focused on helping you strength train consistently throughout the summer.
That said, we will have some weekly focuses, challenges, and reminders that may involve nutrition habits and choices. You can also ask questions on our closed Facebook page at any time and I'll be happy to help.
In addition, all members will have access to a nutrition webinar (located on the website) that covers many of the most common questions related to fat loss, protein, calories, and nutrition for women 40+.
IS THERE A STEP CHALLENGE AS WELL?
YES! The step challenge is always a summer favorite.
The June challenge will begin NEXT Sunday, which will give new members a week to get familiar with the app, website, workouts, and group before adding another challenge to the mix.
As always, the goal is not perfection. It's simply to keep us moving, build awareness, and stay consistent throughout the summer. I am not a big believer in "everyone needs to get 10,000 steps in". I think that is a great goal, but for myself, it's a S T R E T C H. You will choose your own step goal based on YOUR life. Everyone who enters (we will track it on challengerunner website) will be entered in to win a $10 coffee card at the end of each month.
HOW LONG ARE THE WORKOUTS?
All of the workouts are designed to be completed in 40 minutes or less.
That said, they are also very flexible. If you're short on time, you can always do fewer sets (for example, 2 sets instead of 3) and still get a great workout in. If you have more time and want to add a little extra, you can do that too.
Remember: something is always better than nothing. I'd much rather see you do 20 minutes of a 40-minute workout than skip it altogether.
Consistency gets results. Waiting for the "perfect" time just makes you better at waiting.
