The Facebook page is where all of your coaching and communication will take place, so please be sure you are added prior to our start date so you don’t miss anything!! Your questions and comments will NOT post on your private Facebook page and only those who are in the group will see them. Don’t be shy. If you’ve read through the materials and you still have questions, please post.
Once you are added to the Facebook page, you will see where I have uploaded your PDF (it will be one of the first posts on the page), but like I said, it will also be under the “files” tab.
Take the next few days to read through the PDF and prep for next week. I’ll be answering questions beginning on Saturday! If you have any technical issues, please email me.
