I’ve been in the fitness industry since 1997 and I’ve worked with thousands of women who are frustrated with the amount of time and effort they are putting in to reaching their goals, yet not seeing the results they want.

Believe me, I can relate because I’ve been there. I spent years with the “more is better” and “all or nothing” mentality when it came to wanting to change my body. I was so frustrated with the lack of results I was getting, so I just kept doing more, and when that didn’t work, I went searching for another solution in the form of a diet or exercise plan. I gave up fats, then carbs then sugar. I counted points, calories, and macros. I trained for bikini competitions, sprint triathlons and road races, all in an effort to get the body I wanted, but getting further and further away from it the harder I tried.

Something shifted for me when I became pregnant with my twin boys. My focus changed from constantly judging what my body looked like to appreciating it for what it was doing, which was pretty incredible. I started to relax more around food and exercise and began doing a lot more work on the most important aspect of lasting change, my thoughts and mindset.

Over the last few years I’ve learned many tools and strategies that have helped me transform my relationship with food and exercise. I’ve learned the importance of hormonal balance, efficient exercise and automated nutrition when it comes to body change and I’ve practiced changing my “story" and my limiting beliefs to find balance and peace with my body. I want to share those tools with you so that you no longer feel confused and frustrated. I’ll work one on one with you to help you breakthrough whatever is holding you back from becoming your happiest, most confident version of yourself.

During this experience, I will share with you what has helped me repair my relationship with food and exercise, in addition to my almost 20 (ahhh!) years of experience as a fitness professional combined into a well-rounded 6 month educational program.     As someone who has struggled with my weight most of my life, I was sick and tired of constantly being on a diet or if I wasn’t on a diet, feeling like I should be on a diet or feeling guilty about what I was eating.  I was not happy when I looked in the mirror and frankly, I was sick of being unhappy with my body.  Plus, I am in my mid-40’s I was concerned that if I did not do something with my weight, I would start having health issues.  I want to be an active and adventurous person who is not hindered by my excess weight.  I was looking for a program that would help me to make lasting sustainable changes in my life and help me stop the vicious cycle of dieting.   I had lost weight before, but I needed to learn to keep it off for good.  As tempting as it is to look for the quick fixes, pills, shakes, etc. . .       Yes! The cost is broken down monthly over the course of 6 months, or you can pay upfront and receive a 10% discount.

    • q-iconHow much food prep is involved?

      As much as you want there to be. This is a very individualized program. It doesn’t matter if you prepare and cook every meal at home, or if you eat out for 3 meals a day, we will come up with a strategy that works for you and your lifestyle.

    • q-iconI am a beginner to exercising, in fact I’ve never even picked up a dumbbell, will I be able to handle these workouts?

      Yes. In fact, a lot of my previous clients didn’t even focus on exercise at all, their main focus was on nutrition! I will meet you where you’re at and give you the modifications you need if starting an exercise program is something you want to do. And if you don’t, that’s fine too!

    • q-iconWhat if I find that the program is not a good fit for me? Can I stop early?

      Hopefully we will know if it’s a good fit prior to you joining. I really only want you to commit to the program if you are 100% ready and willing to dedicate the next 6 months to you and your healthy. However, if within the first 2 weeks of the coaching program, you decide that it’s not for you, you can cancel and get a full refund.
