Under Keri’s guidance, I have lost over 17 pounds, have gone from a size 10 to a size 6 (sometimes 4), and I am the leanest that I have been in years. As someone who has struggled with my weight most of my life, I was sick and tired of constantly being on a diet or if I wasn’t on a diet, feeling like I should be on a diet or feeling guilty about what I was eating. I was not happy when I looked in the mirror and frankly, I was sick of being unhappy with my body. Plus, I am in my mid-40’s I was concerned that if I did not do something with my weight, I would start having health issues. I want to be an active and adventurous person who is not hindered by my excess weight. Is there a payment plan?
Yes! The cost is broken down monthly over the course of 6 months, or you can pay upfront and receive a 10% discount.
How much food prep is involved?
As much as you want there to be. This is a very individualized program. It doesn’t matter if you prepare and cook every meal at home, or if you eat out for 3 meals a day, we will come up with a strategy that works for you and your lifestyle.
I am a beginner to exercising, in fact I’ve never even picked up a dumbbell, will I be able to handle these workouts?
Yes. In fact, a lot of my previous clients didn’t even focus on exercise at all, their main focus was on nutrition! I will meet you where you’re at and give you the modifications you need if starting an exercise program is something you want to do. And if you don’t, that’s fine too!
What if I find that the program is not a good fit for me? Can I stop early?
Hopefully we will know if it’s a good fit prior to you joining. I really only want you to commit to the program if you are 100% ready and willing to dedicate the next 6 months to you and your healthy. However, if within the first 2 weeks of the coaching program, you decide that it’s not for you, you can cancel and get a full refund.
